At AttuneCollections, we understand that sometimes plans change and you may need to cancel your order. We strive to make the cancellation process as easy and straightforward as possible.

How to Cancel an Order

Before Shipment:

  • If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please contact our customer service team immediately.
  • You can reach us via email at hello@attunecollections.com or by phone at +91 6362657880.
  • Please provide your order number and reason for cancellation.
  • If the order is not sent for printing till then order can be cancelled.

After Shipment:

  • If your order has already been shipped, we are unable to cancel it. In this case, you will need to follow our return policy once you receive the order.

Cancellation Fees

  • No Cancellation Fee: Orders canceled before they are processed, will not incur any cancellation fees.
  • Restocking Fee: If your order has already been processed for shipment and you still wish to cancel, a restocking fee of 50% may apply.

Refunds

  • Refund Processing: Once your cancellation request is approved, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Processing Time: Please allow 3-4 days for the refund to appear in your account.

Non-Cancelable Items

  • Custom Orders: Custom orders cannot be canceled once the production process has begun.
  • Sale Items: Items purchased on sale or with a discount are non-cancelable and non-refundable.
